Nicole E. Durkin's practice focuses on civil litigation, including matters particularly related to the construction industry on both a state and federal trial level through appeal.  Her broad litigation background includes general civil and criminal defense matters and insurance defense litigation on both a state and federal trial level through appeal.  She has handled a variety of appellate cases in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal and United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and has also argued cases before the State of Florida 2nd   and 5th   District Courts of Appeal.
